The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) will be closed February 15, 2026 to February 23, 2026 for the Lunar New Year (Spring Festival). Note, to compensate, CNIPA will be open on February 14 (Saturday) and February 28 (Saturday). Patent deadlines are postponed to the next following non-weekend workday.
