China's National Intellectual Property Administration to Close from February 10 - 17, 2024 for Lunar New Year

China’s National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) will be closed from February 10, 2024, Saturday, through February 17, 2024, Saturday, for the Spring Festival Holiday (Lunar New Year). Note that February 4, 2024 (Sunday) and February 18, 2024 (Sunday) are designated as working days in China but patent deadlines that fall due on February 18, 2024 will be extended to February 19, 2024.
