The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) will be closed from October 1, 2025 up to and including October 8, 2025 for the Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese National Day holiday. All official patent deadlines falling on the above dates will be automatically extended to October 9, 2025. Note that September 25, 2024 (Sunday) and October 11, 2025 (Saturday) will be work days and CNIPA will be open. Accordingly, please provide your Chinese counsel with instructions for actions due as soon as possible to avoid a rush immediately after the holiday.
